  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers visiting during the winter months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given for lack of preparation.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring ATVs to the property, or rent them for use while here.
  • Please refrain from discharging firearms on property.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
  • Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
